"Pros: The room was great and the staff really friendly. We got our room serviced once and they did an amazing job. The shared bathroom has also always been kept clean, so has the kitchen. "Pros: Staff were really kind, cleaning staff were amazing, excellent same day laundry service. Reception happy to organise airport taxis for us. Good security at night time. Free coca tea to help with altitude sickness. Fabulous hot shower 😀 Cons: Breakfast could be a bit chaotic if there were a lot of people staying." ~Ann
