"Pros: Breakfast at this hotel was fine. They made omelets to order. The facility itself was classic Spanish colonial architecture. The huge wall mosaic was amazing. A great location only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas.
Cons: The wifi did not work in our room and we had the most expensive large room in the hotel. We stayed in this hotel and room before and after going to Machu Picchu. That is an only frustration we had, but for us it was significant. We asked to see if they could improve situation and no solution was found. While the hotel was fine otherwise for us I am not likely to stay again. We had a larger. Seeing some of the regular rooms being cleaned, they looked quite small and dark, but I can really only judge the room we had."
