"Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly, helped us with alot of things like tours and even gave us a breakfast box for early morning trips. Hotel is very clean with a really good restaurant which is very convenient if you don't want to head out. Location is about 15 mins walk from the main square although it is quite uphill. Cons: Air con wasn't very good in our room in particular but didn't complain because cusco wasn't really hot. The mini bar made alot of noise so we ended up unplugging it to sleep." ~Billy
