"Pros: First I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay unforgettable. We also had a "split" stay here as we left for 5 days for a trek to the machupichu, and they took care of our extra luggage until we returned. The staff even made sure that everything was ready for our return as we were arriving late in the night, leaving our luggage in our new room. This hotel is in a very good location, it's in a short walking distance to Plaza de armas. And it's has everything you might need just around the hotel. We did have a very good rest every night of our stay as beds were very comfortable and especially because we could not hear any noise around us. The breakfast was very good us weel having hot and cold options. There is also an option to get unlimited cold/warm/hot filtered water for the price of only 5$ per room wich made a difference as we didn't needed to think about buying it before returning to the hotel." ~Rafael
