"Pros: The check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and warm with the heater on, and there is a nice outdoor area to have a drink or cigarette. The breakfast was basic with fruit, Cereal but you can order fried eggs etc. You can leave your luggage there in storage if taking a trip or tour and returning. Great location next to Plaza de Armas. Cons: The walls and ceiling are very thin. You can hear every footstep, every rude and noisy tourist, and the nearby music of the bars and nightclubs until the early hours of the morning." ~Brett
