"Pros: The location was exceptional, just a few minutes walking to all different points of interest in Cusco. There were many restaurants around and the neighbourhood was very safe and always had movement. As the street where the hotel is located is calm, there were not too many noise. Cons: The property needs maintenance, the shower only got hot when we turned in the sink first, and the bathroom got completely wet after a shower because there was only a curtain to close it and the water went everywhere. Being on the first floor we had a bit of noise from the reception." ~Rafaela
