"Pros: I really liked that the rooms were clean and nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I liked that the bed was comfortable.
I like that the hotel has a lot of plants. It gives it a good atmosphere.
The hotel also has a buffet restaurant on the top floor and the buffet has different dishes.
The hotel also offers free parking which is always good. It also has some space to walk and animals to pet.
Cons: I was very disappointed with the service I got. For starters I booked a Suite with a King size bed, but when I was given the room, it was located right next to the road and the noise of cars outside was really annoying. When I asked for another room, I kindly suggested that I would "even" accept simpler room than a Suite as long as it is less noisy. But they gave me the very cheapest room and when I complained that it had no soap or boiler or anything. They told me that it is a simple room. I know it is a simple room but the thing is I didn't pay for a simple room. I payed for a Suite. I think the staff should have at least try to give a better service out of their own initiative or they should have given me a discount. They didn't do neither of both. In the end they brought me the things I asked for after discussing and complaining.
I also didn't like that even though we booked the jacuzzi for a specific hour, other people were using it at the time we booked it. The location is not convenient. I think it is too far from Urubamba."
