"Pros: Lovely facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Cons: Our room was spacious but had an interconnected door with the next room, which had a young family of four. Unfortunately they were very noisy at nighttime. Should not place couples in a room with a non-soundproof door next to a family. Also the water pressure was too low." ~Christine

"Pros: The staff is amazing - very kind and welcoming. Arranged breakfast boxes for the 2 days we had early tours. The breakfast in the hotel is on their last floor which is very cosy. They even served a small waffle which I wasn't expecting for a small hotel like this. Public spaces are lovely. Cons: We booked 2 tours with them (I don't recommend the Colca Canyon - too sales pushy and the guide wasn't that great). Rooms are quite basic, old and average - they can definitely use an upgrade." ~Joana
