"Pros: It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Hs Tierra In. The staff was warm, welcoming and responsive. The facility was clean and quiet - except for the sound of the Urubamba River outside the window which was an added bonus. Staff prepared a bagged breakfast for each of the guests to take on the bus ride to Machu Pichhu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Cons: Nothing." ~James

"Pros: The hotel was nice. We stayed in a quad room with four women (4 twin beds). It was spartan, but good. The manager/owner was lovely, so helpful and customer service oriented. He packed a box lunch for us for our day in Machu Picchu. He graciously let us check in a bit early. Great value for the accomodations and breakfast was yummy. The hotel is typical in this region with numerous steep stairs to reach rooms, which was not a problem for us, but differently abled people should plan accordingly. Cons: The bathroom had an angled ceiling that was a bit difficult to navigate without even the shortest of our party bumping their head." ~Michelle
