"Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Very generous. Coffee and Juice, Pastries, Eggs.
The location is a little 'Picante' (or 'Marginal' as they would say in Paraguay.)
Absolutely no problems in the day but you need to take a little bit of care at night time, mainly because this is not a 'gringo' zone like Fernando Zona Norte (closer to Shopping Multiplaza.)
The family that owns the accomodation is lovely and go out of their way to be generous and helpful.
Cons: The only thing that was an issue was getting in and out of the property during the day or at night.
You have to ask the owner to let you out...this is a bit like living with your mother jajajaja.
However, given the excellent price and service this is a small price to pay and it really is due to being concerned with your safety and security."

"Pros: The property contains three self-catering rooms and is conveniently located near the Multiplaza shopping centre allowing access to banks, currency exchange, bus card recharging, chemist, supermarket & more; there are many bus stops nearby. My self-catering room was large with air-con, a fridge and basic cooking facilities and a wet room - my kind hostess Minerva, also provided me with an air fryer which I found very useful. There is also an outside communal space.
Cons: Smoking is allowed in the communal space. OK for smokers but not for others."
