"Pros: The room was spacious. The bed was fabulous. Breakfast was good Cons: The staff. They made me late for two engagements Which cost me money.. when it came to taxis, they dropped the ball. I asked one staff to book me a cab for a certain time the next morning. Instead he left a note for the morning person to do it and she did not do it. I am waiting in the lobby for my cab, and when it does not come on time I am told from staff that they did not order it yet. This made me late for my transportation so I had to pay for it again." ~Stephen

"Pros: Apartment with beautiful panoramic view in good location. Cons: Cleanliness could be on better level also some equipment like cooking oven not working, impossible to pay with credit card upon arrival. Basically nice apartment but not well overseen by personel." ~Tomasz
