"Pros: The setting is wonderful-10 minutes drive from town in the hills, surrounded by coffee plantations and a view of the volcano. The gardens are a delight and attract humming birds, butterflies and other birds. Lovely breakfast-fresh fruit, eggs to order. We got taxis to town as we didn't have a car, but found tours were happy to pick us up from the hotel. The staff really went the extra mile in setting us up with a local restaurant when we arrived late, offering a lift if they were going into town and when my husband was ill, sorting us out with a take away meal to be delivered. "Pros: Absolut the friendliest people (family) ever, especially the girl was particularly friendly. They did everything to feel me well. Wonderful area Wir wonderful plants and flower, even if far away from the town. Clean and nice smelling bed sheet. Cons: It is a privat house and not a hotel, so you should keep it in mind. The price was too high for that. No trush bin, no chair, no wardrobe." ~Malina
