"Pros: The location was really fantastic. It was also a very spacious apt. Our local contact was - or tried to be - very helpful. Cons: I booked a three bedroom, 2 bath apt. In general you'd think that one of the two bathrooms would be located in a hallway, at least outside of a bedroom. Unfortunately that was not the case. The couple sleeping in bedroom three had no access to a toilet/bathroom and had to walk through one of the other bedrooms in order to use facilities. Also, the A/C in one bedroom was leaking, so much so we had to cover the floor with towels and put a pan underneath the AC to collect the water. This could not be fixed in the two days we were there. One of the toilets didn't work upon arrival (which was fixed on day 2). Further, there were no blankets on the beds. The beds just had a thin sheet. It was way too cold to sleep at night since we had to keep the A/C on for it not to get too humid/warm. We covered ourselves with pool towels... We requested blankets, however, they provided us with only two blankets for four beds on day 2 of our stay." ~Kroon-fiorita

"Pros: Quiet room - looked into the courtyard - not the street. Having a kitchen was quite nice. The place was spotless. Nice having a living room separate from the bedroom. Different thickness of pillows on the bed. A blanket in a drawer. Lots of storage in the bedroom. Very safe building. And the staff were all nice. Cons: Couldn’t get sound on the tvs BUT didn’t actually even turn on the tv until the last night. So too late to have it fixed. No dishtowels in the kitchen - would have been nice when washing dishes. And the bathroom shower had gaps in the door - so often water was on the outside floor.
