"Pros: Sun Havens is an excellent location for budget travellers who want independence with large comfortable rooms, kitchen facilities, value for money and well positioned for the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets in the nearby streets. The Sea is one street away. Be warned that very loud roadworks are happening outside the building which can go on all night and will continue for a few months probably until November. If you are going to Bocas for partying or diving then it won't matter to you but if you want a peaceful retreat try another island or come back another year! Cons: Leaving Bocas!" ~Toby
