"Pros: What made this hotel special was the exceptional service of the staff. My arrival was delayed by 48 hours due to airline issues. The staff rebooked my room without penalty or complaint. The shuttle was there at 1am to pick me up and my room was available the moment I checked in. The room itself was large, and exceptionally well equipped with kitchen and living area (see photo). The hotel is centrally located for all of Koror's amenities, yet situated away from the main road in a quiet side street. Best hotel I stayed in on a 10 day trip from Honolulu to Palau via Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Guam. Cons: Nothing. Everything was great." ~John
