"Zalety: Bardzo ładny i duży apartament od strony rzeki z widokiem na piękną zieleń. Lokal położony na zachód, ale z widokiem na południe, stąd też jest widny, ale słońce nie grzeje tak mocno. Apartament jest na II piętrze, więc nie ma sąsiadów u góry. Cisza i spokój, a do tego ogromny taras. Mieszkanie składa się z 2 sypialń przechodnich połączonych z garderobą. Ma 2 niezależne łazienki z WC i prysznicem + zlew. Do tego salon z aneksem kuchennym. Z salonu wyjście na duży taras i mały balkon od strony rzeki. Apartament jest urządzony pod zamieszkanie, więc było w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Całe mieszkanko czyste i schludne. W kichni wszystko co potrzeba do samodzielnego gotowania. Bardzo dużo szafek na rzeczy + małe biurko. W łazienkach podstawowe kosmetyki. TV w salonie z dostępem do internetu. Do apartamentu przynależy miejsce na prywatnym, zamkniętym parkingu.
Wady: Jedyna uwaga to sieć wifi w obiekcie (nie tylko w tym apartamencie) jest dość słaba pod kątem zasięgu. Zarządzający budynkiem powinien dać więcej wzmacniaczy sygnału. W odniesieniu do właścicielki lokalu to plusem byłby duży parasol na tarasie jako sposób na przebywanie w nim w trakcie słonecznej pogody."
