"Pros: I like the Thetarum food and service and I like the T Bank life Music, it was amazing time Cons: In general my stay was comfortable, but I was disappointed during the check in and check out and the long time it took, during check out specially, I have called the front desk and ask for the preparation of my check out 20 minutes ahead of time, yet it took another 20 minutes to check out and that was pre-paid booking, only lunch or dinner was not settle and that has change my overall impression because my taxi did not have the patient to wait and he left & I had to call another Taxi and waited for 25 minutes, I almost lost my flight, in most hotel when they have a trainee, they don’t leave them alone, they keep them supervised, that was not pleasant." ~Fouad
