"Pros: I picked this hotel for the location, I wanted to be near the markets/souq/forts/restaurants/etc and it was great because it was, the room is not very big but honestly I didnt care, im not going to Oman to stay in my room, it was very clean and everything worked, I did want to save some money so I didnt get the beachfront view which I regretted later. BESSAM (I hope I wrote it right) was the person who checked us in and was EXTREMELY nice/polite/helpful with every single request/question I had." ~Marc
