"Pros: Unique place! Great location and theritory. Fully isolated from any neighbors! Private riverside, garden, fireplace. Really cosy and nice design of the house inside and outside. This place has everything you need. Mountain walks starts just from the garden. One of the best house we've ever been. Cons: There are no any minuses with this place! Just 2 remarks: 1. Seems the owner has idea to build the 2nd house not far from this one. And there is no any issues with this, however the privacy, feeling of isolation and uniqueness of this place maybe a bit dropped in such case. Anyway this is not yet happened, so for now this is a top place! 2. There is no network and internet here at all (which is rather big + !). "Zalety: Nasz pobyt w Domu nad rzeką okazał się super fajny i spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania . Podróżowaliśmy w grupie dziewięciu osób i wszyscy jednogłośnie stwierdziliśmy, że trudno wyobrazić sobie lepiej przygotowane miejsce na wspólny wyjazd. Obiekt zachwyca nie tylko przestronnością, ale przede wszystkim dbałością o detale, od doskonale wyposażonej kuchni, w której czekały na nas aż trzy rodzaje kaw, czy drobne słodkości w postaci wafelków, po duży wspólny salon z kominkiem, który ogrzewał nas w zimny majowy weekend, 2 łazienki (była nawet pralka, jeśli ktoś jedzie na dłużej) i duży taras z pojemnym grillem, na którym nie dało się niestety za długo posiedzieć przez raczej zimową, niż wiosenną aurę :D Wszystko było czyste, pachnące i gotowe do użytku, co sprawiło, że mogliśmy się w pełni zrelaksować bez żadnych zmartwień. Właściciele to bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni ludzie, którzy dbają o to, by goście czuli się jak u siebie. Z pełnym przekonaniem możemy polecić to miejsce każdemu, kto marzy o spokojnym i komfortowym wypoczynku. Dom nad rzeką to prawdziwa perełka na mapie noclegów w Kotlinie Kłodzkiej. Wady: To nie jest minus, ale warto wiedzieć, że np. plus nie łapie tam zasięgu. Jest za to wifi działa bezproblemowo, jeśli bez neta ktoś nie może żyć." ~Kasia

"Pros: We liked the accommodation very much. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for the price paid. We travelled late November and whether was cold. The rooms were pleasantly heated, and we felt warm 😊 The owners were very nice and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast, and both were wonderful – tasty and large servings.
