"Pros: Stunning views from hostel. Reception, common room and breakfast room comfy and homely (in a nice way :) ). Comfy bed. A delicious buffet breakfast (fresh fruit, home made jams etc.) was unexpectedly included in the room price. Staff friendly and helpful, and atmosphere between guests friendly too. Guitar and piano available for guests to play. Enjoyed a delicious meal at the Tre Brør cafe in town. Central location for exploring region by bus (try the 950, 990 & 925) & train (to Bergen or Myrdal) Cons: When I was there the microwave needed cleaning and had no rotating dish.
