"Pros: The hotel is situated excellently near the center of Svolvaer without being so close that it was noisy. The blackout blinds in the room were fantastic at blocking out the light from the midnight sun. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was superb - in fact, it was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had anywhere outside of a 5 star. Cons: The beds were a little too soft. This is a problem with a lot of mid-size hotels unfortunately. In addition, the single pillow provided wasn't enough to provide a comfortable sleep - they should either provide thicker pillows or provide multiples of them. Finally, the heating/cooling system in the rooms was impossible to manipulate, leaving us with a room that was either too hot or too cold." ~Adrian
