"Pros: The house is small and comfy equipped with all the necessities. It’s a good 20’ walk from the Center which makes it great to not use your car and look around for parking. "Pros: A very modern and well equipped apartment. Beds were very comfy and the living area was good for socialising or watching TV. Thomas the host was responsive and extremely helpful. We would stay here again. Cons: It was a little bit far from the centre of town facilities. But it was OK to walk to town, even in the snow and then easy to get an Uber back up the hill to the apartment." ~Julian

"Pros: Everything was very good. A spacious and well maintained facility with good facilities and equipment. There was nothing missing. A big plus was the fact that all the immediately needed items like shampoo, shower gel, toilet papers, kitchen paper, plastic waste bags, washing machine soap, dish washer soap etc. and all the cleaning equipment were available at the property and did not have to buy. This is very convenient when you visit for only a few days and there is no need to go looking for a super market to buy the necessary immediately in a place you did not visit before and specially on late arrivals. There were some handicaps relevant to the instructions to get in, entry to the garage and these relevant to the timing and how detailed they were, but it was all sorted relatively easy. Information and feedback were shared with the Owners and these little, but helpful things (and certain others) will improve, I am certain. The communication with the Owners was good and they were very perceptive in discussing certain details. The property is really good and if a few small details are improved as well, then an already excellent property will be just perfect. Cons: I would prefer if more detailed information about the property were shared well before arrival. These are relevant to the entry details, the garage access and other functions of the house. Certain of these need to be more visible and more detailed. It is really a high end house, with excellent facilities, so if more details are shared well in advance then all will be perfect." ~Athina

"Pros: First of all, the hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is on the first floor of a house, with a separate entrance from the hosts (who live on the ground floor). The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, welcoming and warm. From every window there is a view of the city of Tromso. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and large. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. As for the location, it's ~10 minutes from the city center. There is a direct bus to get to the airport, or to the city. Cons: The heating system is probably programmed by the hour. We had about 21-22 degrees in the room, but we would have liked it to be a little warmer in the morning. We changed the temperature to 23-24, but after ~2 hours, it went back to 21-22. We didn't have full access to the TV. A PIN was required to access different apps. But it was ok, we managed with YouTube." ~Tpetru
