"Cons: Booking.com did not send check in instructions until the very last minute. I pictured us standing on the street with our bags, trying to find a phone number to call. I do not like this booking.com practice and it may cause me to not rent through them again. I am not down-rating the apartment because of this--it was fine, a great location and as we expected."

"Pros: The room was nice and big enough. The breakfast was rich and very enjoyable.
Cons: We had requested an extra bed for my child and it was confirmed by them when we arrived the extra bed was not hthere and we had to ask for it twice before getting it. Cleaning was not regular and had to be explicitly requested but they forgot to tell us. I asked the second day and even if confirmed they didn't clean the room. I complained again and finally got the cleaning done."
