"Pros: The location was ideal for us with cross country ski tracks adjacent and the shop within walking distance. The hytte was well equipped and some initial problems were dealt with promptly. Appreciated having a washing machine, games and a TV. The property description was accurate enabling us to take the correct bedding. The relatively long driveway appeared to be snow ploughed regularly - definitely a plus if you are taking a car. But the bus stop is also at the end of the driveway. :-) Cons: We hadn’t realised there wasn’t WiFi but luckily we have EU free roaming with our UK providers. The bunk beds aren’t ideal for 6ft teenagers. This is the first time we have booked through Novasol - luckily this time we had a car to collect the key - we normally take public transport so not sure how this would work if we did this as their office isn’t in Sjusjoen." ~Zoe

"Pros: Being in central Sjusjoen very close to shop, with lovely rural view, and short 5min walk to piste. Comfortable seating in lounge, looking out at view Cons: There was a mis-understanding re cleaning fee..apparently I booked before the cleaning fee was introduced. However the apartment was easy to clean on our departure, & we didn’t mind. Before my arrival I had difficulty contacting owners re checking if we needed to bring our own linen, or not. Their phone number didn’t work, and the simple messaging system through booking.com didn’t function as normal, so I had to utilise an email address from earlier correspondance, which was awkward. However all was resolved amicably in the end" ~Nora

"Pros: Stylish, modern and comfortable apartment and so handy for everything - extremely responsive and helpful owner. Cons: Just missed a toaster - but that is probably quite a British thing and the grill was very fast. Easier instructions for arriving on foot would be helpful, to avoid going through the basement garage! Beware if you order bed linen - it only comes in packs of one single sheet/duvet cover and 1 pillowcase; you may wish to bring an extra one." ~Elizabeth
