"Pros: Wonderful view of Riskafjorden. Perfect location for relaxation and starting point of tours. Sea/Fjord view of the living room is incredibly beautiful especially enjoying by sitting in the rocking chair or on the sofa. Nice and carefully maintained summer cottage ground with three wooden buildings and a big terrace for 6 people. The biggest one has a big living room combined with a well equipped brand new built-in kitchen and two quite small bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, mainly for kids. The middle building is bathroom as a whole with shower, toilet, washing machine. The third building has a double bedroom and storage corner. Getting there and stay with car only. You leave the car on the waterfront street Likaiveien and climb up the hill through a couple of steps to the cottage, the 4th from the road. Nearby dock Li is not used for public boat traffic but Hommersåk has its own port with some scheduled ferries to nearby destinations. We received a pleasant welcome from the owner as same as help in carrying our luggage uphill. Very good alternative for a countryside stay, eg. instead of Stavanger city. Also, a good starting point to Preikestolen, Kjerag, Månafossen tours. The owner has plans for various improvements, such as the construction of a wooden and metal stairs up to the parcel. Cons: Unfortunately the toilet is not a water flusing one." ~Attila
