"Pros: This place has the most amazing view of any home I've ever in. Absolutely spectacular, unobstructed views of the mountains. The location is also great just for access to nearby areas (though I highly recommend having a car, even though there are places within walking distance, there are no sidewalks). Within about 2 minutes of driving is the Coop (grocery store) and Anita's Sjømat which is great for lunch. Within 10 minutes is the main town area of Reine, as well as Hamnoy (Gadus is a great restaurant). When we arrived we also found the owner had left nice local snacks. Not only all that, but on our second night, we had an incredible show of aurora from the patio, all over the sky, visibly green with the naked eye (and bright enough to take videos of on our phones). Now I will say the amount of aurora we saw was unusual, and it can be possible for clouds and weather to completely obscure the sky, but it can be possible to get something amazing from this home, especially in the early and late winter months (September, October, February, March)." ~Andrew
