"Pros: Picking up the keys from the 24 hour Joker store 1 min from the apartment was simple, flexible and secure. The apartment is extremely well designed with excellent use of space. The excellent bed is on a mezzanine with good storage and hanging space upstairs. There's also good hanging space near the entrance. The stairs are very solid and not too steep. Very well equipped full kitchen with salt, sugar, baking paper, cling film and a great array of glasses, plates, bowls etc. Excellent couch and TV with Amazon Prime. Good light and quality windows for some fresh air. Nice and warm apartment. Excellent bathroom with a good amount of toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo supplied. Very well built, secure and quiet apartment located 5 mins to the station, Coop supermarket and the tram at the front door. Cons: Take a sleeping mask as it's a little bit light at night for sleeping." ~Dean

"Pros: It is close to the train station. Cons: No sheets on bed, host gave entrance info much later than expected, causing stress. Wifi didn't work but host was attentive and took care of that quickly. Location was difficult to find but key pick up was smooth as well as return. Hosts need to put themselves in the place of guest.
