"Pros: This is a great apartment rental! It’s a brand new building. Everything in the apartment was immaculate. It’s very comfortable with great furniture, nice bathroom and kitchen. The balcony access is nice. The location is great, right next to the fjord center/museum. Free parking. Would absolutely recommend to others! Cons: It does seem like this is a new property and the process to get checked in is a bit confusing. I don’t know if it’s owned by Hotel Union or what but there was just a short note stating to go to Hotel Union to get the keys. Not really much info or communication. The apartment is located a couple of streets away so it was just a little confusing. When we arrived there wasn’t info about the WiFi either so we had to call to get that but they were quick to answer. I think they just need to provide more detail and communication to make the check in smoother and provide pertinent details about the property." ~Whitney

"Pros: Bathroom was fine. Cons: The WiFi was unreliable, slow, and worked for 30 minutes every 2 hours. There's no phone in the room to contact reception, which is a few hundred meters away in a completely separate building. The bed was very uncomfortable, as well as the huge and bumpy pillow. The room is claustrophobic and doesn't have a single chair or clothes hanger. You literally have to pile your luggage on the already scarce ground space and walk around/over it. The only thing that's separating this room from feeling like a refugee camp are the missing bars on the window. For the amount of money they're asking for, this is probably the worst hotel room I have ever been in terms of value. Never again." ~Hristo
