"Cons: The air conditioning unit was leaking during the entire duration of the stay. My husband and I almost slipped on the tile floor several times. The power outages occurred way more times throughout the day than last years stay. I had to ask for restoration in order to make coffee in the morning. This year and last year we lost food items due to spoilage as a result of the inconsistent power supply. One of staff members was often times rude when interacting with me and my husband. On the day of our check out (4/27) at 8am, I mistakenly left my portable charger on the bed in the bedroom and we were advised that it was no longer there, which indicates to me that it was stolen. To conclude, I’m highly disappointed that this establishment that I have given my hard earned money to, would dishonestly report that my husband and I never showed up. We have a paid in full receipt from when we paid on 3/31/25. Once it was determined that I needed to change the check in dates I used the booking.com app to reach out to Cogent Apartments and received confirmation that they had no problem the dates. I now see that conversation is no longer showing in the booking.com app. This was me and my husband’s last stay at this establishment." ~Carrie
