"Pros: Very pretty, close to the beach, surrounded by jungle, a few kms or miles from Playa la Flor, (the turtle sanctuary - well worth a visit, particularly during nesting times), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full gas stove and oven, bar fridge, it has air con, but we didn't need it. Lovely deck to sit out on. Wifi was great. The woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and brought the drinking water I requested within a couple of minutes. Small hotel. Quite charming. Cons: No mosquito screens or hot water, but the hot water was not much of an issue because of the ambient temperature. I was glad I had wifi and had put the location on my phone as the hotel seems to have two names and is not well marked on the main road. Bring your bug spray!" ~Michael
