"Pros: It was my second stay at the house and I was disappointed as I had had a very good experience in my first stay and I was expecting a superb time at the house with my students. The first time we stayed at the house it was not too cold and we managed to stay warm with the provided heaters. This time it was very cold and there were not enough heaters in the house and we all felt very cold throughout our stay. Another issue was that the TVs were not working and finally after a few requests the property manager came over on our last night at the house, but she could not make the TVs work either. It was very disappointing because I was with a group of school kids from Brazil and they could not watch TV in the evenings. They wanted to watch The Lord of the Rings before we went to Hobbiton on Sunday, but as the TV was not working it did not happen. We did everything we could to fix the problem, but unfortunately we left without the kids being able to enjoy any time watching movies. Cons: The house was cold and the TVs were not working. Not enough pots and pans either and the dishwasher on the left is not working properly." ~Tania
