"Pros: Room was large, clean and very comfortable, with great views of the sea. Good location, very close to town, although a little hilly so drove in rather than walked. Margot is an amazing host, was very welcoming and really looked after us. Lots of breakfast options and the complimentary bottle of wine is a very nice touch and was much appreciated. Napier is an amazing art deco town and a great place to stay for 2-3 nights. Cons: Nothing, a great place to stay." ~Tony

"Pros: Great location; really friendly and helpful owner. All the essentials supplied and the property fitted out well without compromising its rustic charm. Very comfortable and welcoming. Cons: The loo door didn't shut, but the owner is now aware and will fix it. There was a bit of road noise but we didn't notice it after a while." ~Karen
