Located in Lake Tekapo, 45 km from Mt. Dobson, Star River provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. The holiday home features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The units provide views of the mountain and come with a seating area, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the holiday home, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Sightseeing tours are available in the vicinity. Guests at Star River can enjoy skiing and hiking nearby, or make the most of the sun terrace. The nearest airport is Richard Pearse Airport, 97 km from the accommodation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card / overseas visitors. All requests for arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Otherwise, a surcharge of NZD 25 will apply for arrivals after check-in hours. For your information, we provide a heater, e-blanket, and extra blanket at all our accommodations. However, Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October. Kindly noted that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures.
