"Pros: Very modern and clean. All the facilities of home. We were travelling light so great to be able wash clothing. Spacious lounge, kitchen and lounge living. 10-15 minute walk to Tekapo shopping/restaurants and Church of the Good Shepherd. Area outside was good to sit at. Cons: Nothing too concerning- The development of (holiday) housing around the property has gradually obscured any view of Lake Tekapo. A house was being built quite close, so some industrial noise broke the peaceful surroundings. Taking a short walk up the hill behind gives you a good 360 degree view. Would be nice to see gardens grow up over time." ~Jeremy
