Situated close to the Waikato River, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from Hamilton Zoo. All units feature electric blankets, heating, ironing facilities and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided. Some units have a microwave and toaster.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Saturday from 07:30 hours to 22:00 hours. Sundays from 7:30 to 18:00.
