"Pros: We have mixed feedback on our stay at this property. We loved the location - on a back section (quiet) but on a through-road (very handy for getting places).
There was a good TV and comfortable sofa, and a couple of chairs on the deck to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The main bedroom was comfortable.
Cons: This is the first property we've stayed in where I we had to supply most of the toilet paper - surely the host knew that 4 people staying 6 days would need more than two rolls!
There was a minimal contribution to breakfast - some butter, some jam, and a small bottle of milk, although there were good supplies of tea bags and a few Nespresso pods for the machine.
The second bedroom was minimally appointed. We strongly recommend the host invests in some fitted sheets for this bed, along with a mattress protector.
There wasn't enough crockery (only three bowls, only four normal glasses - but plenty of large wine glasses). The frying pan was buckled on the bottom so didn't heat evenly. This should be replaced."

"Pros: Me and my sister had a great time here. Location is perfect. It is right in the centre of Takapuna. The place is clean. Close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were so good. I couldn’t recommend it more.
