"Pros: We stayed here for 8 nights. Instructions for arrival were good it was just a bit tricky finding the place first time. It was good to have 3 bedrooms and 3 showers. Hot water was plentiful. The place was not as clean as we would have expected- the dishcloths provided were dirty and smelly. There was no hand towel in the toilet. The kitchen did have crockery etc but it’s poorly presented ( crockery for example was just in a heap in a drawer) As other have said there was no tea towel. Location was good. And a shop across the road was ideal for groceries. We felt that this could really be an amazing property with just a few tweaks - an information pack with details of buses etc ( and how to use them - we were from overseas and had no car) - suggestions of and information about the city . - a small welcome pack with sachets of tea/coffee/milk just to have a drink on arrival. - a drainer for washing up. - bath mats for showers . - a hand towel in toilet. - hanging space in lower bedroom. - the upper bedrooms were very hot / a fan in each would help and allow windows to be closed to prevent noise from road. - a deep clean and fresh smelling rooms/ mops etc" ~Karen
