"Pros: Excellent location, great balcony with view, parking included sells this place, layout of space good, and able to use additional facilities- pools, spa & gym etc is an added bonus. Cons: One of lifts had a constant buzzing sound & another broken, fridge had a very strong fishy odour, minimal on arrival - milk pods (only 2), toilet paper small about on holder and a 1 ply back up roll which looked 1/2 used. No duvet cover on the duvet inner, it was placed in-between 2 white sheets instead which gave it a very budget look. Bathroom could do with a refresh, possibly a lick of paint/ tile’s redone or painted to match the rest of the apartment. Might want to look at the seal at bottom of shower door for notice lots of water on floor outside the shower after use. No extraction fan in bathroom to put on during a shower or get rid of odours with no windows in the bathroom. Besides these little things that can be fixed, great spot!" ~Tania

"Pros: Location was great and facilities were awesome like the swimming pool, spa and gym. Cons: There did seem to be a few dodgy people around, particularly young men - we got the feeling that they were living in the building for temporary accommodation. We could hear them from our room at night talking and running around, and they were intimidating when you had to take the elevator alone with them. Accessing the room keys was also a bit of a pain." ~Chelsea

"Pros: Spectacular views of Auckland Harbour from 12th floor room. Central location. Very near the Sky Tower and a short 10 minute walk to quayside where there are many restaurants. The swimming pools. Narrow two lane heated 8 m indoor pool and tepid rooftop 15m outdoor pool. Cons: It is actually a privately owned room in the Annex of a hotel. It would have been cheaper to book the room directly with the hotel. Although it may not have been possible to book a room with views. The instructions for collecting the keys was a multi step process. It felt like solving the puzzle to an escape room, except that you are trying to gain access not get out. Some of the steps were not necessary. It was not helped that I am unfamiliar with Auckland and I arrived after dark with a car. The first puzzle is getting the keys. The second puzzle was finding the right garage (there are two side by side). The next was activating the keys. This step is redundant. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful, and helped me find my room. The management company that runs it were always friendly but it was clear they were remote and had no local knowledge. The final puzzle was where to leave my luggage on the final day. Again this was solved with helpful local knowledge from concierge staff at the Sky Tower." ~John
