"Pros: The location was great and it was outfitted with all the basic necessities. It was clean. For 8 people & 1 under 1 year old it was fit for purpose & affordable Cons: Didn't realise when looking on the book a bach app that one of the sleeping areas was a sleepout. Glad we didn't need the use of the outdoor hoses the water system and instructions were a little much, but to be expected when not on town supply water & considering the drought conditions currently in Northland. The driveway was a bit overgrown, our big van got scratched up." ~Annie
