"Pros: Location is great on the harbour with lovely views from our balcony on the second floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. My son left a phone charger behind in his room and the hotel kindly kept it for me to collect a few days later. Cons: The toilet with no door in the bedroom! I could cope with the fancy shower stall in the middle of the en-suite area but the loo was a step too far. The screen might shield you from view but does nothing to mitigate any resulting odours. It may be the hotel’s USP but it needs to be more openly disclosed when booking." ~Catherine
