"Pros: Clean and in a fantastic location. The owners are friendly and willing to help you have a comfortable stay. Definitely on the pricy side however. We stayed comfortably for 2 nights with the extended family (10 ppl total) Cons: Communication via Belvilla agency is very slow and poor. Email replies from them are slow to come (unless they are to inform you about a payment) and once they do they are not in English even when the original question was. I would suggest that the owners drop the agency and find another one as it truly ruins the experience.. In the end there was confusion with the number of people that could stay at the facilities. I had originally booked for 12 ppl. Then the agency informed me that they only recurved a reservation for 2 and I had to pay extra to include more. They also said it was a max of 10 who could stay at the property forcing 2 of the group to stay elsewhere. To my amazement, when we arrive I see 12 beds!!" ~Giorgos
