Outside area was lovely with the BBQ grill and a nice table to sit by and enjoy your evenings. QUiet area and perfect for relaxing. "Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Boerenhofstede de Overhorn. The farm is situated in a lovely location on the River Vecht, surrounded by picture perfect Dutch countryside, yet only a 30 minutes drive or train ride to Amsterdam, Hilversum or Utrecht. The rooms are large with lots of character, created by the curious windows and massive wooden beams from the roof structure. Cons: -" ~Arjen

"Pros: The flat and especially the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The living/dining room was spacious and had a tasteful decoration. The view of the fields with cows exuded a cozy atmosphere. One can park the car easily a few metres from the entrance. Access to Amsterdam is reasonably quick. Cons: Due to the proximity of water, there are plenty of mosquitoes, which means some of them will find their ways inside despite mosquito nets on some windows. Towels had an unpleasent odour and there were no bath towels but many hand towels. Bathroom ventilator could be stronger, since without windows, it can get quite stuffy inside." ~Oliver
