"Pros: Very fancy bathroom, roomy.
Cons: All 4 of us thought the beds were really uncomfortable. The shower and bath were difficult to use and understand, the kitchen was very understocked. Very few bits of coffee and sugar even though it’s quite expensive.
The staff were friendly but it was a bit annoying to have to organise a time to meet them, and they over-explained everything to us, it was a bit awkward and took a long time."
