"Pros: Wow! What a place! The room itself is more like a suite, with a very large bathroom area, separate large sleeping room (with incredibly high ceilings and chandelier) and everything you could need, or may have forgotten. Free parking out the back, too. Our package had breakfast included at their sister hotel (short walk/ drive) which was delicious (and plentiful) so that was also much appreciated.
The village of VALKENBURG is a really bustly place, nice architecture and lots of choice of places to eat. And the countryside around is beautiful too - we did a great fifty mile bike ride from the door, for those who like that kind of thing! Thoroughly recommended.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like about the property itself.
Only thing, the booking.com check in information is made up of lots of different messages clearly copied and pasted, making it unnecessarily complicated, and contradictory. It includes downloading an app which was a right faff and even then didn’t work.
There’s a phone number for the main hotel included in those instructions. Save yourself a whole heap of time and concern and ring that straightaway instead. Sorted!"
