"Pros: The location was great, parking garage nearby (first 24h free) and walking distance form the restaurants, bars and shops. It's across the famous 'gate' and drive to the highway is short. The two seats were very nice to watch some TV. Decoration was modern and nice.
Cons: The finish on the rooms was a bit poor, for example, some space in the parquet, a gap under the door letting in a lot of light/sound, a makeshift little panel to cover a quirky (in a nice way) window. The single-pane windows are cold and induce mold after collecting condensation. It wasn't clear to me (maybe my fault, for not studying the details) that this is a 'lock-box' room, calling it a 'hotel' is a stretch that compares itself to the spandex in Kim Kardashian. My wife found the stairs a challenge, but I'm not supposed to have an opinion on this :-) The windows of the lower rooms were covered by very ugly 'luxaflex'. When arriving in the room, there was a HUGE list of 'don'ts' that were not in in the description of booking.com."
