"Pros: Pretty spacious and very central location. Despite located at a main road still quiet. Multiple sleeping options, useful and quite good equipped kitchen. Big bathroom, comfy beds. Cons: There were quite a few minor issues. First of all after the payment process was completed we were asked for an additional city tax that was not mentioned in the apartment's description in the offer on booking.com. Endless discussions with the landlord followed, we claimed it wasn't correct to ask for extra money AFTER the payment for the apartment was made, offered alternative solutions etc. None of our suggestions was answered to. Very annoying, tiring and time- consuming indeed! As for the apartment-there were a few small issues: very limited supply of toilet paper, no extra hand towels for either restroom or bathroom, no bath mat. The freezing compartment of the fridge was covered in ice hence the fridge was really freezing cold ( many of our food items were frozen after some hours- which was annoying). No description for the apartment's A/C system. The landlord promised to solve these issues for future customers." ~Michael

"Pros: The appartement was located on the 2nd floor of a fresh renovated building and fortunately facing the backyard, away from the railroad and most important, away from the sun. The rooms are really spacy and modern furnished. The internet connection was easy and always fast. I loved to have a full size fridge in the kitchen and shopping opportunities are close by. This would definitely be my choice again. Cons: Parking is available next to the appartement, but requires coins (10€ day passes only), alternativ would be at the train station, with some more walking efforts. The 2nd floor war verry nice but requires good physical conditions, to manage the steep stairs, especially with luggage." ~Heiko
