"Pros: Great location, staff and rooms. It's a small hotel, that really gives out a local feel so to speak. Great customer service, staff stayed longer, just to accomodate our arrivel, that was an hour later then expected.
Cons: Minibar being a bit noisy, but that was easily canceled by unplugging it."

"Pros: I stayed here for one night because I attended a nearby concert. The location was really good for that, and the centre is also close by. I was scared reading the reviews, but all was perfect. The room was super clean, there were coffee, towels and soap, all as expected. The receptionists were friendly. I don't know if I was lucky or the rest were unlucky, but my short stay was perfect.
Cons: I'm nitpicking, but the pillows are a tiny bit too hard, but that is just my preference."
