"Pros: Location is excellent (near Maastricht), the facilities inside the house boat are superb (fully equiped kitchen, airco, digital TV, bathroom). The house boat is wel maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable. Surprisingly there were 2 bottles of Japanese and Chinese soy souce (ketchup) available in the kitchen's cupboard that have made our own prepared Asian dinner just more delicious. We asked for an early check in, and the owner fulfilled the request. We asked for a 30 minutes delayed check out, and the owner did not have any problem at all. The small boat we rent has made our stay more adventurous and enjoyable. Cons: The house boat was not cleaned up during our stay. Maybe because it is not a hotel or otherwise our stay was too short. Anyway, we were not wel informed about this cleaning service." ~Herman

"Pros: The vue, The terrasse, the location, quietness, Cons: Reception ans host (unkind and rude), very small spaces, no heat in the rooms (but this is not a big issue honestly), expensive for the spacers that it offers (even if it's a floating house)" ~Joao
