"Pros: The location was good.
Cons: We had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom chalet but were given a small 1 bedroom part of a chalet extension. There was no microwave as advertised and only 1 dinner plate! The vacuum cleaner was in the wardrobe where we were supposed to hang our clothes. We were kept awake by the person in the main chalet talking as the bedroom wall was that thin. Very disappointed as it was not as advertised in the pictures on their booking site."

Great location.
Cons: On arrival there was 35 euro charge for bed linen only, no towels.
The pillows, duvet and mattress protectors provided had dirty stains on them, most likely dried blood. Stains on some of the walls in the bedroom too. I took photographs of proof to show reception on check out and there was no offer of even a refund for the bed linen, so very disappointed.
The chalet had lots of cobwebs in all rooms from the lights on the ceilings and walls. Again no offer of any refund or money off the stay as I had to clean these myself as the staff had gone home and no reception on duty.
The property offers a cafe/restaurant, after a long journey I was hoping for a bite to eat there but was told that they are working hard to get the cafe open for later in the year. This is deceiving from what is advertised.
So all of this made it a disappointing stay."
