"Pros: Everything is as described on the website and even better. You stay on the countryside, but the sea is only a 15 minutes bike ride away. The old farmhouse is beautiful and modernised in a fantastic way. You will not miss anything: a well furnished kitchen, a super comfortable bed, a marvellous bathroom with huge tub and separate shower and finally a wonderful new and clean sauna that works wonders after a stormy day on the seaside. The breakfast is vast and very tasty, including even the owners' homegrown fruit and veggies, like very tasty tomatoes. The owners listen to what you would like to eat and follow up on your wishes. They are also very helpful for tips and advice to discover Friesland. You have a nice terrace in front of the studio and a second one three steps away on the side of a little pond. To sum it up: it is calm and relaxing as you expect it on the countryside, but the studio offers the comfort of an apartment in an excellent city hotel. And it is an excellent location for discovering Friesland. We will be back. Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was great." ~Anne
